At Ueailex, we understand that investing in education is a significant decision. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to fair practices while maintaining the quality of our programs. This policy applies to all learning programs offered through our platform.

Refund eligibility depends on several factors, including the timing of your request and how much of the program content you've accessed. Here's what qualifies for a refund consideration:
- Requests submitted within the applicable timeframe outlined below
- Technical issues that prevented access to course materials, if reported promptly
- Duplicate purchases made in error within 48 hours
- Program cancellation initiated by Ueailex before the start date
- Medical or personal emergencies with supporting documentation
Please note: Refunds are not available once you've completed more than 30% of a program or after the applicable refund window has closed. We calculate completion based on module access and assessment submissions.
Refund Windows and Timelines
Different programs have different refund windows. The timeline starts from your purchase date, not your first login.
Standard Refund Periods
Days for Self-Paced Courses
Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if you've accessed less than 30% of the content. After 14 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Days for Live Cohort Programs
Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the program start date. Once live sessions begin, refunds are only available for documented emergencies.
Days for Extended Programs
Programs lasting 6 months or longer have a 21-day refund window. You must submit your request before completing the first major module or assessment.

How to Request a Refund
We've tried to make the refund process straightforward. Follow these steps to submit your request:
- Log into your Ueailex account and navigate to your enrolled programs section. Locate the course you wish to request a refund for.
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Program Name]". Include your full name, order number, and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We may ask for additional information or documentation depending on your situation.
- Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with details about your refund amount and expected processing time.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
Response time: Most refund decisions are made within 72 hours. During peak enrollment periods (typically August-September and January-February), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Special Circumstances
We recognize that life happens, and sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. Here's how we handle exceptional situations:
Medical Emergencies
If a medical situation prevents you from completing your program, we can arrange either a refund or a program deferral. You'll need to provide documentation from a healthcare provider. We handle these requests with discretion and sensitivity.
Technical Access Issues
If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent access to course materials, report them immediately. We'll work to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If we can't fix the problem, a full refund will be provided regardless of the standard timeframe.
Program Changes
If Ueailex makes significant changes to a program's content, schedule, or instructor after your enrollment, you'll have the option to receive a full refund or transfer to a comparable program at no additional cost.
Financial Hardship
We understand that financial situations can change unexpectedly. While we can't offer refunds outside our standard policy for financial reasons alone, we can discuss payment plan adjustments or program deferrals that might help.
Non-Refundable Items
Some components of our programs cannot be refunded once accessed or used:
- Downloadable resources, templates, or tools once they've been accessed
- One-on-one mentorship sessions that have already occurred
- Live workshop recordings after you've attended the session
- Certification exam fees (separate from program tuition)
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions bundled with programs
- Physical materials that have been shipped to you
If your refund is approved, these non-refundable items will be deducted from your total refund amount based on their individual value.
Processing Methods and Timing
Once your refund is approved, here's what happens next:
Payment Method Returns
Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method. We can't issue refunds to different cards or accounts due to security and financial regulations.
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days after approval
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Transfer: 10-14 business days after approval
Partial Refunds
If you've accessed part of the program content, we may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of content remaining. This is calculated fairly using module completion data and time elapsed since enrollment.
Currency Considerations
For international students, refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Please note that exchange rate fluctuations between your purchase date and refund date may affect the final amount you receive in your local currency.
Important Reminders
Before requesting a refund, consider whether a program deferral might better suit your situation. We can often move your enrollment to a future cohort at no extra charge.
All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Ueailex management. We aim to be fair and consistent, but we also review each case individually to ensure we're making the right decision.
Abuse of our refund policy may result in denial of future refund requests or account restrictions. This includes patterns like repeatedly enrolling and requesting refunds, or accessing significant content before requesting a refund.
