Build Real Investment Skills Through Practice
Our year-long programme starts September 2025. You'll work with actual market data, build portfolios from scratch, and learn alongside others who are just as curious about investing. No fluff, no promises about returns—just practical skills you can actually use.

How the Programme Actually Works
We've split the year into three phases. Each one builds on what came before—you won't jump into portfolio management on day one. The pace is steady because learning to invest properly takes time.
Foundations (Sep–Dec 2025)
Start with how markets function, what drives prices, and basic analysis methods. We cover stocks, bonds, and funds—not crypto or complicated derivatives. You'll read financial statements and understand what they actually mean.
Strategy Building (Jan–Apr 2026)
You'll develop your own investment approach based on your risk tolerance and goals. This phase focuses on asset allocation, diversification, and understanding fees. We also dig into behavioral finance because emotional decisions often wreck portfolios.
Portfolio Practice (May–Aug 2026)
Build and manage a simulated portfolio with real market data. Track performance, rebalance when needed, and justify your decisions to peers. It's the closest thing to managing actual money without the financial risk.

Learning Happens in Groups
- Weekly sessions with 8–12 participants where you discuss real investment scenarios and challenge each other's thinking
- Peer review of portfolio decisions—explaining your choices to others forces clarity and exposes gaps in your reasoning
- Collaborative case studies analyzing historical market events and what went right or wrong for different investors
- Access to a private forum where you can ask questions, share resources, and get feedback outside scheduled sessions
- Monthly guest conversations with professionals who manage money for a living and can share what textbooks don't cover
The group format isn't just about making friends. When you articulate your investment thesis to peers, you catch flaws faster than working alone. Different perspectives prevent groupthink—someone will always ask the question you didn't consider.
Who's Actually Teaching This
Both instructors work in finance day-to-day. They bring current market perspective, not outdated theory from textbooks written a decade ago. Expect honest answers—including "I don't know, let's look that up together."

Daire Cullinane
Portfolio Analysis Lead
Spent 14 years managing client portfolios at a Dublin-based firm. Daire focuses on risk assessment and teaches the practical side of asset allocation. He's seen multiple market cycles and shares what actually protected wealth during downturns.

Siobhán Leitrim
Markets & Strategy Instructor
Works as an equity analyst and brings real-time market context to every session. Siobhán breaks down company fundamentals and industry trends in plain language. She's particularly good at explaining why some investments that look brilliant on paper fail spectacularly.
Programme Costs and Options
All prices include materials, access to market data platforms, and ongoing support. Payment plans available—we'd rather you focus on learning than worrying about upfront costs.
